DWA-A 127-1 objection period ends on 26 November 2021
The 'white print' is imminent
From the (German) preface of the planned white paper:
"The worksheets and codes of practice of the main committee 'Drainage Systems', which deal with the subject of 'Structural Analysis', will in future be combined in the worksheet and code of practice series DWA-A/M 127 with the main title 'Structural Analysis of Drainage Systems'. Worksheet DWA-A 127-1 with the title 'Fundamentals' is the introductory part."
Background: DWA published the draft of the worksheet as a yellow print (German: Gelbdruck, GD) in autumn 2020. The objection period ran until the end of 2020. IngSoft submitted 23 pages of comments on 92 pages of yellow print. For the white print, the committee added, among other things, traffic loads for the proof against not predominantly stationary load.
Until 26 November, the professional community has the opportunity to refresh their comments.
